I know this book is a trilogy but do you have to read them in order. Can I read Bay of Sighs without reading the first Stars of fortune, or will I get lost? Also are these books fantasy.

Ive read every book Nora has written to date She writes so descriptively that the stories set in Ireland, for instance, close your eyes and you can imagine standing on those fragrant green hills.
