Does this book contain a high amount of profanity?

Helen I don’t recall any profanity in this book. That’s really not Quindlen’s style.

Did Polly's world seem realistic? Or contrived to include every issue the author could think of?! Was that HEA ending believable?

Susan Realistic, yes, but there certainly were a ton of issues explored in this book, I thought too many. On the other hand, when I thought about my family …moreRealistic, yes, but there certainly were a ton of issues explored in this book, I thought too many. On the other hand, when I thought about my family and my life, yeah, there's a lot going on! But for a book..? I think one or two focused on is enough! And the HEA ending? Probably unrealistic, all together <spoiler> the DNA match turning out Ok, the BABY, and the house inheritance!) </spoiler> but I enjoy a happy ending with the best of them! All those joys, I live vicariously thru them. (less)
