Is it possibly psychological in origin? I think she writes that she has never seen a specialist as they don't do house calls. But of course they do.

Does anybody know how or if I could find a Spanish translation/edition of the book? It's still fairly new so I don't expect there to be but, if anybody has any tips/hints/ideas, I'd be very grateful.
