Readers, I am so intrigued by the title of the book. It works on different levels, right? (and, ahem...see what I did there ;) ) What would you say is "the Miracle that Set Them Free?"

For the miners I think their brotherhood kept them alive. From reaching deep down dark to rediscover their faith to putting someone else's needs over their own, they came together and kept each other going at the worst of times.(less)

I was surprised to learn that Isabel Allende was at the mines waiting for the men to be rescued and then I read that she was a Senator for that region. Is it possible to be a Senator for the Chilean government while you are a resident of the U.S.? Possibly she has dual citizenship?

Is this available in Spanish, or are their plans to make it available? My wife is from Peru and followed the rescue closely when it was happening. We also enjoyed the museum exhibit about it at the Smithsonian. She's very interested in the book, but her English isn't at a level to make reading a book of this length a pleasant experience.
