The Compound Effect explores the concept of how small changes compound into big swings, whereas Mini Habits is a specific strategy to form habits (a strategy based on small changes). This is not to say one is better than the other. It depends on what you're looking for. They both contain some amount of concept and application, but I'd say The Compound Effect focuses on the concept more while Mini Habits focuses on the application more. I would recommend reading both since they hit such an important, life-changing topic from different perspectives. (less)
