Does anybody know when the second book will come out?

Josey It comes out in late April I believe

I would love to get this book, but the only way is to order online! Do ANY bookstores carry it in stock? I tried Barnes & Noble but you need to purchase it, then they print it, and it takes a while. My local library does not carry it either, and I do not have a Kindle! What is the fastest way to get the book?
