I think they should title it Mr Quin and Mr Satterthwaite, or Satterthwaite and Quin, as it's really Mr Satterthwaite who does majority of the legwork, he'd be the one to have the most screentime and lines. There could still be changes, as there are bound to be with adaptations, but Mr Quin needs to remain mysterious. Or they could title it Love Detectives. I think Ben Barnes would make a good Mr Quin, but he might be too young yet. NO ideas on Satterthwaite.

It should be heavy on the atmosphere with good music score. And they should keep in the effect of Mr Quin wearing a motley when the light falls on him from a certain angle.

For me the strongest stories are the first one, the Coming of Mr Quin and the Dead Harlequin and I think these have the most potential, so if it was not possible to make a TV show, then they could still have a go at making these two into films. There's plenty of backstory in both to stretch it to 90 minutes.(less)
