Alternatively I've uploaded the .dpf here. I don't think the author would mind, as stated by another post of his in were someone else did the same as am doing now, that guys link however wasn't working anymore.

If you want a printed copy, you would probably have to print it yourself or find a company to print it for you, although I'm not sure how copyright would work with that. (less)
