Was anyone else annoyed? The angry, sort of leftish cops breaking all the laws in order to catch the pseudo racist bad guys. It just screamed leftist idiot writer on board. For one thing, vampires really are dangerous, and a human would be smart to generalize them as dangerous… Mostly the protagonists just got too easy to hate really fast. By the end of the book, I hated them.
