Would someone please explain the title, The Oak Leaves? I just finished the audiobook. I must have missed a reference somewhere. I can think of several appropriate titles, but I can’t connect with that one. Thanks. P.S. The book was difficult at times, emotionally, but overall I’d give it 5 stars.

There's a reference in the book to the oak tree being one of the strongest trees (or something to that extent, I don't quite remember) and they talk about the leaves on the tree depicting the family members. Just a guess though. (less)
