That way, you will gain an understanding of The Membership of Port William whose lives intersect so intimately throughout all of Wendall Berry's stories of Port William. A Place On Earth is another good one to read first as the Feltner's play a large role in that book and they are also intricate in Hannah Coulter's younger years.(less)
