I know that there are 7 books total in this series following Cat and Bones. I really want to know if this is a series for me... I'm really into romance and recently took a liking to PNR. Does this series have a lot of romance or is this more of an urban fantasy focused mainly on the action and overcoming evil with a little romance in the background?

There is action scenes and a storyline enough to be a pageturner but this book also build the romance of one of the greatest couple in the PNR world, so there is character development, humor, angst, romance, family, friendship and of course steamy sex. Above all, the two main characters are individually loved AND a loved couple. Cat is a badass, sassy, funny, emotionally-damaged, insecure in ways and over secure in others but she grows so beautifully to except who she is. Bones is simply one of the most amazing swoon worthy males in PNR, not only is he a hot british dude with the accent and looks and charm, he has a very well built character that makes you fall in love with him no question asked.
I highly HIGHLY recommend this series to everyone(less)

About the audiobooks. Am I the only one that is annoyed that all of Jeaniene Frost's books are narrated by someone that sounds like she consistently has to pee really badly? She reads even matter of factly explanations like she is in distress. It`s REALLY unnerving. I wish Jeaniene`s books where narrated by someone like from Throne of Glass, Kat Daniels or Nalini Singh`s books. Any chance they re-do them?
