Having a difficult time getting help for my daughter, and wondering if this book might help. Is it helpful for teens who have not been diagnosed? We have a number of challenges including hygiene, learning disabilities, sleep and eating challenges, social anxiety and emotional regulation. I feel very alone as a parent trying to support my child to live her best life, and could really use a good one.
