There's a lot of world outside of America, as it happens. PS you're likely not a 'stupid' American, but many of your countrymen and women are a wee bit ignorant of the rest of the world, having been told for decades that you're the greatest, the best, the most wonderful nation on earth and, thus, having become to our eyes very insular in your outlook.
