The m…moreI think you could get away with reading plot summaries of the first eleven books, and if you're like me, it would save you a lot of frustration. The middle books in the series are mostly irrelevant descriptive detail with very little advancement in the plot. If you want to read some of Jordan's books in this series, read the first three or four. Most of what comes back into play in the Sanderson volumes refers back to those first few volumes.(less)
