This version is the ADV print line which is not only out of print but only made it to three volumes (also did not have the Aqua chapters.) Rightstuf Anime and Tokyopop worked together to release the series in its entirety in omnibus form later this year (5/31/2022 as of now) but it is going to be a limited run so pre-ordering is best though at $20 a book getting all 7 might be a tough order for many. Hopefully Tokyopop will release a kindle book version after this last reprint run but that is taking chances in your own hand if you want this classic series.

I am trying to find this book. I saw that there is also a series titled Aqua, by the same author. Does that series come first?

Also Tokyopop and Rightstuf are releasing the series in omnibus form for a limited time run in 2022 so it can be preordered if you like. If you are interested in Aqua then it is contained in the 1st volume of the collection.
