Cornelia is supposed to be small, yet to be the size of an 11 year old girl seems rather improbable. Doesn't anyone else wonder why Cornelia is so tiny?

Does anyone know if there is a movie based on this book? Or was it cancelled? I loved the book, and saw that one of the commenters mentioned that it was made/was going to be made into a movie starring Sarah Jessica Parker. I did some Googling, though, and couldn't find it - I just found a couple of short announcements from 2005 stating that there was going to be a movie. If anyone has the answer, I would love to know!
