Please can someone explain Dr Grunkern's corny old joke about the moon? I don't get it. Maybe it makes more sense in German? "We're going to talk about the moon -- so look at me!" (p79, chapter 6)

Levia It might mean that he is bold AND pale so that his head looks as white as the moon.
