I liked this book, but I was wondering that when we are suffering beside our soul, our body also suffer. So how we can justify this?? soul's suffering can be justify by our past experience, but our body and our mind is only experience one life, then why this body must suffer? I wished this book could answer this question. anyway I enjoyed that, as I always believed in reincarnation.

There is always a belief that the energies our soul carry manifests in real life, physical world. Our body even being external reacts to the energies within, the energies arising from the beliefs the soul carry. from my personal example, there are times when my leg starts paining and this is due to resistance in my energy to release a certain past block which translates to pain. At the other end, a soul could carry a belief of a certain part related to their body. Again to my personal experience, i have massive throat issues which is related to my beliefs around my voice which currently i am working on. I don't know how much this has helped you but i would just like to say our body also give us messages about things within us.(less)

I love this book, It give an insight of life and after death. In book it mentioned everyone will get chance to choose their life. Choosing life based on past Karma and what we should learn in new life. I wonder when we choose life do we decide in the initially how many days/years we would live o earth. or this will be decided by spiritual master? It's not a matter of "good deeds" but merely learning our lessons. This Earth is a pop-up school and we have a certain number of "modules" to finish before our liberation. But there is no set time, and we can choose tough lives that will accelerate our learning. (In fact, we have already done so by choosing Planet Earth: the toughest school of all!)

We can speed up learning the love-lessons our spirit guides and Elders would have us learn, but there is also a certain amount of time we must spend on these things. You can't skip steps in such a gradual learning process—I should say "unlearning" because we are slowly learning to disavow our ego.

In all my LBL experiences I never heard my Elders talk about karma or undoing "sins" from previous lives—I only heard them gently encouraging us to learn our lessons of LOVE so we can see our true Unity with everyone and not have to incarnate anymore. (less)

Once positioned as gatekeepers, they can convince people that their eternal salvation is fully dependent on the training and intervention of the gatekeepers. How we will get sick and die is included in the scenario agreement. The closest analogy is like a director and writer producing a film. All the events that the main character will experience are already in the script that is created. That's why, before we enter the virtual reality that we call the 3D world, we have already agreed on what and how we will experience it for our lesson to be learnt, including the contract on how long we will play that role. We also agree on the severity of the obstacles we will face, and we test them first (chapter that talks about the "Ring") to see if we are capable of handling them.

Therefore, if we refer to the beliefs of some religions, it is often mentioned that "God" will not test us beyond our ability to endure—because we ourselves arranged it and tested it first before we entered this reality.
