This book has 208 pages and yet only collects #21-27? The Paperback has 205 pages and collects #20-27. Is this accurate? I need to know

Is it worth trying another volume in this series, and if so, what's the best? There were some good bits but some of it seemed overwritten. (I recognized [spoilers removed] as probably the original inspiration for Sandman's "24 Hours" but it didn't have quite the punch of that story.)
