Yeah I have seen it around (and it's the Reece Witherspoon book club pick for September) but according to the release dates for other editions of the book the Kindle version is released today. Different formats have been released on different days it seems.
Elevator Pitch was delivered to my Kindle app this morning. Next up after Tom Lowe's "The Orchid Keeper" which was delivered yesterday (I think Monday is still part of this week?)!

Wow, just 4 messages into this thread and they're already at it... Flagged.

I flagged it as well. So frustrating.

I flagged it, too and now there's another one up to flag. Different name again but same origin in Pakistan as many of these things.

someone flag julam Berglund post please .. sorry Richard didn't mean to have your comment copy pasted.

Save the planet? The planet has endured global floods, ice ages, and has been hit by meteorites (miss the Tyrannosaurus Rex?), and somehow we're supposed to be worried about saving the planet, which has been around for 4.5 billion years?

more scummers... flagged

I’m most excited about other books that came out very recently: Margaret Atwood’s “The Testaments,” (sequel to The Handmaid’s Tale), and Barbara Hambly’s “Lady of Perdition,” (the latest in her long-running Benjamin January historical mystery series).

No worries. Although, I still find it quite fitting for spam. ;)

I find it extremely annoying. I like to follow legitimate comments on articles of which I am interested and I like eMail notifications but I do not like being bombarded with eMails for these crappy spam comments especially when the same spam is posted sometimes as often as 10 times!

Agreed.

Save the planet? The planet has endured global floods, ice ages, and has been hit by meteorites (miss the Tyrannosaurus Rex?), ..."
Perhaps a rephrase... Saving the planet for future life as we know it now. Only so many catostraphes can be survived, maybe humans will be the final one.
