What is this white stuff on the ground?

Can it be snow?  It seems to be following me as I shift from Dayton today down the road to CINCINNATI!

Last night I was at one of my favorite stores, Books and Co on the Green.  It was a HUGE crowd, and we had tons of fun.  Pictures and YouTubes are up at the website!  Books And Co.
