I grew up in Michigan and because of the proximity to our neighbor to the north have an appreciation for some Canadian pop culture. Mr. Dressup, hockey, frisbee golf, Tim Hortons and such. But not Rush. Every garage band in Michigan from 1979 to 1995 had

a friend’s daughter, maybe the closest thing i have to a niece, is a drummer, and i warned her off from boy drummers into rush, and rush, in general, and i guess the story’s got out. they’re fine, their great, love rush if you love rush, s’all good.

but, y’know. they’re rush.
