Cenotes

I was recently in Tulum, in the Mexican Yucatan. This part of Mexico is known primarily for Cancun and hotels on the beaches. But I stayed about 70 miles south of Cancun in Tulum, which is a small city located about a twenty minute drive from the beach and famous ruins. But what I discovered was that this part of the world was also known for the cenotes or xenotes.
