Like many authors, my first book (a medieval) languishes under the metaphorical bed. That is, it’s tucked away in a folder, cowering in the bottom corner of my computer screen. I loved that story. It had wonderful characters—lots and lots and lots of characters. In fact, about half way through, the hero’s best friend sort of…changed, because another one came along and before I knew it, he took over and demanded all the best sidekick’s lines.
