because it’s first person/present tense (which I like for some things but not usually for fanfic for some reason) and I have learned the error of my ways. I am six chapters in and utterly addicted even though John and Sherlock haven’t even SEEN each other yet, and it’s 150k words so I know it will eat my entire day if I let it. I MUST NOT LET IT. Ahaha, omg Lilo!!! It thrills me to no end that you’re so absorbed in the fic which is my ultimate fic baby!!! Like, words cannot contain how excited I am that you’re reading that and liking it so much! But DO go and do your thing!! My story’s not going anywhere!
