Navigating Nightmare Ecstasy, by The Junk Talk Poet, Reviewed.

I’m cautious about reviewing poetry: it’s an esoteric art form with echoes of the world of the contemporary arts. In other words, a field full of the pretentious attempting to bamboozle the unwary, and too often succeeding. It differs from the world of visual art in the amount of cash thrown at it, of course, […]

Bernard Ryefield Good review, Sir!
By the way, I learned from your blog what the True Review Pledge is and noticed the bad link on its logo (banner on the right). How do you call a copy editor for the web? :)

Stuart Aken Thanks, Bernard. I wasn't aware there was an issue with the True Review Pledge link. I notice it takes you to a page with the header and menu and a line of 4 options underneath the 'page not found' box. I think your best option would be to use the 'Contact Us' option to find the relevant editor. I've left them a message on that page.

Bernard Ryefield I was web-editing your, Stuart! And it was a joke. Anyway the link is on your blog, so you can correct it yourself I think.

Ah. I'm no techie, and I know nothing about 'web-editing' Bernard. As for the True Review logo - it's a widget, so I don't think I can make any changes to it. It's all Greek to me!

Bernard Ryefield I see. Whoever takes care of your blog should help in this case. Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the widget? Maybe it was installed before the link was established.

I do the work on the site; it's Wordpress, so pretty user friendly for most things. I tried re-installing, but it made no difference. As the page it brings up allows users to reach the rest of the site anyway, I doubt the site owner for the pledge will bother to do anything about it, but I have alerted them to the situation.
Thanks for your help, Bernard.
