Focus & Find Your Superpower

In order to focus, you have to know what you want. Yoga makes that possible, but not because having an arsenal of yoga poses is what I want out of life. For me it’s a baseline sense of wellness that enables me to feel connected to the people around me. Simply put, if I feel like crap it’s very hard to care about your problems.


Without actively needing to do much except yoga, the practice came off my mat and enabled my deepest desire. First I had to make it to my mat on the regular.
