I will be adding more channels for preordering the book (like Barnes & Noble and iBooks) later on, but I’m on vacation in Los Angeles right now and need to get back home to San Francisco and my desktop computer to upload the final edited version on all sites before they can go live for preorder from the Smashwords aggregate site.
