Think Your Way Into Fitness
How do you change your whole body, your energy level, your strength? Is it done an hour a day? Is that all that is required? No. Absolutely not. Fitness is not running an hour a day, it’s not lifting an hour a day, it’s not doing an hour of cross fit.
Surprised? Good. Do you want to know how to get fit? I’ll tell you a secret. It begins in your mind. It begins with changing the way you think about everything. Sounds intimidating I know, but it’s not. Let me explain.
If you go to the gym an hour a day it won’t be bad, but if that’s all you do, you will have a hard time keeping it up and staying motivated, and if it’s all you do, you won’t see the results you want to.
The reason?
You have to change the way you think about everything. You have to determine and set in your mind that you will (YOU WILL) reach your goal. Say it, over and over and over, until you believe it. If you don’t believe, then say it anyway. Everyday. Multiple times a day.
Second, do more than just an hour workout, change the way you eat, the way you think. Believe you can, make changes in your diet, make changes in your workouts, make changes in your mindset and you will start to see the results you want.
