Interactive Reading
So,
this interesting article caught my attention today and I thought I'd talk a little bit about my thoughts.
It's about the
Little Bird
, a tiny Bluetooth vibrator that you can sync with your e-reader to, ahem, coordinate, with the story. I understand the thought process behind this tiny trembler, however, I'm not quite sure how you'd be able to use it AND read at the same time. I mean, one of the reasons women read romance and erotica is to be sexually aroused. So it makes sense to, ummmm, take care of business while reading, right?
Not so fast.
How can you read if your eyes are rolling up in your head? Could you take in anything on the page while the
Little Bird
is chirping away between your thighs? Not me. My attention would have to be fully on one thing or the other. I guess I'm just not a very good multi-tasker.
What about you? Would you want to rattle while you read?
