Writing Advice: Ignore Writing Advice (at least for the first draft)

There’s a lot of writing advice out there. And that’s
awesome.

We live in an age where a google search can answer a
question you have about the business or process when you’re on a caffeine buzz
at 2 a.m. trying to finish that last chapter.



But sometimes, the ease of access can be a little
distracting. I’ve talked to several people who get stuck on first drafts
because they can’t get
