Take The Oxygen First ... That simple phrase, “Take the oxygen first” played such a profound part in changing my life. On an airplane the flight attendant always explains that in an emergency, you must first give yourself oxygen before the child next to you, or you will not be able to care for them … that concept applies to life too.
