Listen, listen, listen to my heart song!

Many years ago, I did a Chakra Healing with Jule’ (you can find her on Facebook – Let her know I sent you!) & she gifted me this amazing song as part of the healing. It is a reminder that Spirit (or God, or whatever you choose to call the universal spirit of God) is ALWAYS with you. You are never alone. It was perfect timing as I had just left a bad relationship and was all alone in my friend’s apartment as she went back east for the summer.

I am not much good at meditating so I sing this will I do my exercise on my elliptical machine. As I understand it, that is another type of meditation as not all meditations have to be done sitting still. You could also sing this while you do a walking meditation. There are also working meditations that you could do while cleaning or gardening or weeding.

Here’s another one. I am amazed how similar they sound to old Irish songs! Beautiful!
