Fighting "Our Way" To Hear God

If the attitude is My Way, then Speak Lord, is subject to the whim of your own ideas of what the day should hold. If in the night you hear what you need, but move on a different road, since Your Way seems better, then that word you received falls by the wayside, lost forever. Like the parable of the seeds where the seed falls on hard ground and never germinates, then gets eaten by birds, never to take hold.
