As one of my goals for 2016 (click here for “Setting My Marketing Goals for 2016”), I am working on strengthening my platform, which includes identifying my niche and definingmy brand.

Sounds very “successful author-ish” but what exactly does it mean, especially for me whose primary focus is on fiction?
