MENTAL HEALTH PRESENTATIONS AND EVENTS HAVE BEGUN!

OCTOBER 13, 2015 – CARLETON MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK (CUSA) – I will be attending the Student Association’s mental health awareness week, setting up a booth to create awareness and share my story.  I will have my memoir with joining me!  Come on out from 11-4, or at 6:00 pm for a mental health presentation of my journey to hope and healing.

OCTOBER 14, 2015 – ST. ANDREW ELEMENTARY – Resiliency & Coping Skills Workshop – I will be attending this mental health awareness evening at the school from 6-9 pm.  I am really looking forward to it!
