What can we learn of where we’re going by studying where we’ve been? What wrongs can we right, what paths can we take, what lessons can we absorb? I am fascinated by those that came before us, the hardships they overcame, the joy they discovered despite them. When we go, will those that come later find art in what we leave behind? What will they learn from us?
