Friday afternoon at the University of Minnesota, Crookston, a who's who of elected officials and people who know a thing or two about preparing for, fighting and recovering from floods filled Bede Ballroom to talk about how high rivers in the Red River Basin will get in the spring, and what's being done to prepare for all the high water.
