The mind/body connection is real. That’s why I’m chuffed to announce this article in Elephant Journal, How Yoga Can Help You Get Over It, because I want everyone talking about how we store everything that happens to us in the body. And how we can physically release it. It’s the basis of EMDR, tapping (EFT), and I’d even say talk therapy (considering that sound is vibration, just like everything else). But then, I’m a convert.
