Save the Date
Save the Date by Jenny B. Jones. When Lucy finds her donations dwindling and prospects dry, she decides to take matters in her own hands. Former NFL star, Alex Sinclair offers her a proposal she can't refuse. . .be his faux-fiance for enough money to save her home for struggling girls. Easy, right? Not if you fall in love with your faux beau.
Jenny mixes zinger-loaded dialog with lovable characters in this romantic comedy, I couldn't put down. The story was fresh and creative as it wove through contemporary high-society. Lucy faces life in Alex's spotlight, the man she thought she'd marry (while in the arms of the one who she knew she wouldn't), and a surprise from her past. Jenny's quick wit and easy style left me eager to pick up one of her other books. Save the Date
