Prosecutor will not file charges in fatal shooting of Tamir Rice

A grand jury in Cleveland has reached a decision in the case against and the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy McGinty announced today no charges will be filed against Officer Timothy Loehmann who shot the 12-year-old Nov. 22, 2014, after a call about someone with a gun in the park.
