“I didn’t know if I was going to post this or not, but I decided to. I borrowed this idea from another RAKtivist, to write a thank you card for the flight crew and have other passengers sign it. It was SO rewarding to see other normal passengers participate in improving someone’s day, and the happiness from the flight crew. Travel, especially flying can be a hassle, and this really just made me so happy. I plan to do it at least once a trip…

People need to know they are appreciated.”

so a bit of what I did this summer:

Read the One Thousand Gifts Devotional out loud for you  — so I’ll read to you while you’re in the car, washing dishes, or out taking a run …. 60 Days, 60 Day Devotional, 60 Days in the New Year: I’ll read aloud & we’ll do life together & He’ll change the new year…

and then we wrapped up One Thousand Gifts in a brown leather-like edition …. (maybe for some men in your life?)

Mary, did you know? This child that you’ve delivered, would soon deliver you?

.. turns out? Worry is always belief gone wrong.

Because some part of your heart doesn’t believe that God will get it right.

But Peace is belief that exhales.

Because your heart believes that God’s love is everywhere – like air. It’d be quite something — for us all to breathe deep peace & exhale…
