GA copy‘Twas the night before Christmas and Santa lay sprawled on his back in the middle of Savannah’s Chatham Square, a pool of blood under his head. It didn’t take a coroner to pronounce this one.

“Dead.”

Detective David Gould straightened away from the body. Most criminals had a line they wouldn’t cross. For some, animals were off limits. For others it was children, old people, or crazy people....
