I am a Technophobe Kern and am quite happy with the little amount of time I spend on my computer and phone.It is generational as I know youngster's spend their lives through social media.
When I was young the only phone was the red phone box in the village !!

Kern Carter LOL @ the "red phone box in the village" comment. But it really does get to be a lot sometimes. Short breaks are necessary.
