#tbt to 5 years and one month ago. It will never stop being strange, slightly unsettling, and oddly fascinating, to see how the years of our lives can age us. Half a decade ago I looked like this. I am convinced now that physical aging is nothing more than the shifting of our skin to accommodate all the new memories we must carry. Life is heavy, but we are so blessed with the task.
