Reckonings

My first blog:

Presently in the early stages of writing a new novel, which, so far, has been exploring the developing inter-relationships of a tour group with a setting in Panajachel, Chichicastenango, and Antigua, Guatemala. Later it will move into Honduras, Marblehead, Massachusetts, and Haifa, Israel.

After the holidays, I've been invited to meet with two classes of high school students who will have finished reading the Spanish translation of The Reckonings of Doña Maria del Carmen (El Alma de Doña Maria del Carmen). That's always fun. It's the first time they've ever read a book and had the chance to meet the author, ask questions about the book to its writer, and have him sign their copies.

Happy Holidays to everyone who reads this!!!
