Cross Promotion Jumps the Shark!

This past Monday in Dallas — the morning after the Superbowl — I had the honor of spending an hour talking with former President George W. Bush.  He and the First Lady have read Bonhoeffer and now I'm reading his book.  Is "ass-kickin'" hyphenated?
