Last Day of Hanukkah Temple Event

In my picture book Esther’s Hanukkah Disaster, Esther the purple gorilla (spoiler alert) hosts a party on the last night of Hanukkah. Besides singing, lighting candles and feasting, the guests trade gifts in order to rectify Esther’s disastrous shopping mistakes.

This Sunday – the last day of Hanukkah – at 10 AM, I’ll be at Temple Israel in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, reading the book aloud, running games, signing this book and others, and then joining the Community Hanukkah party, starting at 11 AM!

I can already taste the latkes!
