BARNES & NOBLE, AMAZON.COM AND ANY OTHER BOOKSTORE WILL NOT HAVE THE BOOK UNTIL IPAGE UPDATES
In response to the massive number of emails and phone calls I am explaining this one more time.
Barnes & Noble is not doing anything to try and stop this Book from being sold. Barnes & Noble, The Book Depository, Amazon.com as well as any other chain or independent book seller cannot place orders until Ingram's iPage updates and as I explained a couple of weeks ago, that can take 1 to 3 weeks.
This is not controlled by me, nor by the book sellers, this is the normal process for any new book.
